At WPM, the management of residential rental properties is all that we do. We don't have a sales side of the business so you know that we are giving your property our undivided attention. We've been locally owned and operated since 1989. The President and Broker of WPM, Keith J. Westman, has over twenty-seven years of property management experience here in San Diego County, handling properties ranging in size from one individual house or condominium to several hundred apartment units. With the help of the internet and email, we can easily stay in touch with owners who are local, out-of-state or even overseas.

Residential Property Management Services Provided:

Full Service Management: Full service oversight of your rental property means that we handle all of the day-to-day operations with professional attention to detail. Collection of rents and payment of all expenses, including mortgage, insurance, property taxes, and homeowners' association dues, if desired, are just some of the many aspects included.

One-Time Rent-Up: A one-time rent-up of your property involves the initial advertising, showing, selection, and move-in of new residents. You, the owner, take over at that point and handle the day-to-day operations.

Maintenance Coordination: In conjunction with either Full Service Management or One-Time Rent-Up, we can handle the turnover of your rental property for you with our team of experienced service providers.
