Rental Application

Before you apply....there are a few basic requirements to renting one of our properties:

~ Your gross monthly income (before taxes) must be at least three times the monthly rent.
~ You must have good credit, no evictions, and no bankruptcies within the past five years.
~ There is a $30.00 charge for checking credit with each adult application (revised 5/1/09).
~ You must have at least twelve months of current or previous rental or ownership history.

Once you have completed the application(s), please call the office at (619) 469-7790 to make an appointment to submit the application(s). Each adult applicant needs to bring the following three items to the office, along with the application(s): your drivers' license, social security card or military I.D. card, and most recent pay stub. We accept cash, check, or money order for the credit check fee(s).
